Aerial yoga is a combination of yoga poses, TRX, pilates and dance with the use of a hammock.  Defying gravity, aerial yoga allows you to perform various yoga poses that may otherwise be difficult to do on the ground.  There are many benefits of adding aerial yoga to your regular practice.  It is a total body workout, connecting the mind, body and soul. It improves your mental health, flexibility, balance and best of all - it puts you in a great mood!

Aerial Yoga

It improves your mental health, flexibility, balance and best of all - it puts you in a great mood!

Aerial Meditation

Aerial meditation is offered every Monday morning to guide your week into a peaceful, meditative state free from stress. By connecting your body to your breath and adding assistance from the aerial hammock, aerial meditation will help you move more freely, concentrating on releasing tension on the spinal cord and hip joint. This class for all levels was designed for those looking to tune in at a deeper level, wanting to increase flexibility, and relieve stress & muscle tension.

Aerial Sweat

Aerial Sweat is a cardio-based workout using aerial silk hammocks.  This class is great for building strength used in other aerial classes and for those looking to workout in a fun creative environment. All levels welcome and no prior knowledge of aerial hammocks needed!  Bring water and be ready to sweat!
