Aerial yoga is a combination of yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a hammock. Defying gravity, aerial yoga allows you to perform yoga poses that may otherwise be difficult to do on the ground. In this beginner class, you will learn to stretch and strengthen with the aid of a hammock, invert with ease releasing tension & soreness and improve upon your balance. Aerial yoga is a total body workout, connecting the mind, body and soul. It improves your mental health, flexibility, balance and best of all - it puts you in a great mood!
